Things have been a bit off this winter break so I haven't had the chance to go shopping - I should have held back a Christmas gift to give him for his birthday. I'm a bad wife. But I will make it up to him.
What I want the world to know on Jeff's birthday... is how glad I am to have him in my world.
I can't imagine parenting without him.
I can't imagine coming home after a hard day and not having him here.
He's who I call when I have good news, bad news, or no news at all.
He takes care of me when I'm sick. He handles the puke when the kids are sick. He's my calm in the storm.
9 years of marriage. 11 years together. And I look forward to celebrating many more birthdays in the years and years and years to come.
