Teagan and the Beet

Teagan and the Beet. Pic taken for Aunt Christy- who loooooves beets. Teagan got to help in the kitchen- she and Aunt Kathy made roasted beets- they put olive oil on each on, a small amount of butter, sprinkled on kosher salt, added rosemary, a little water and folded up the foil packet. She also peeled carrots and helped with the potatoes.
