Prior to blogging, I kept a message board to keep up with friends and family through pregnancy and mommyhood.  I'm working on bringing those posts to this blog. 

IndyMoms hosted an invitation only night at the Children's Museum! They held a contest for 42 moms to win 5 tickets and they invited their employees (that's where I came in) and families. They only had 2 exhibits open- Robots and Curious George. They also had the big slide open- a slide that comes down that curved staircase in the front (they are doing a big "vacation" theme thing right now). And face painters. And dinner- fruit salad, mac n cheese, tossed salad, chicken tenders, cookies. Jeff and Christy came along. And we had SO MUCH FUN. I'll get pics loaded up later. I got to meet tons of moms from the site.

The event was from 6-9 and we were there the entire 3 hours and my kids never had a single meltdown. We were blessed last night!! Lisa knew our plans for the evening so she did T's hair in pigtails to make it extra special. Zach got passed from mom to mom and loved all the attention. They have big Curious George images up on display overhead and he was very taken with those giant, colorful balloons. 

Jeff is eager to go back- they have a comic exhibit opening in May!

Pictures from Easter (we went to Grandma and Grandpa's in Ohio- Grandma had an easter egg hunt for T and we had a great meal and lots of fun with Ted and Daniel)

Teagan getting her face painted at the museum event- she has always refused offers of face painting so we were really surprised when she asked to have it done and then sat patiently during the process!!








There is a giant slide set up on the main entryway stairs- we had fun going down!!


And they had a camera set up so you could e-mail yourself a pic of your kid looking out the window of Curious George's rocket. Here's T's pic!
