Santa's Vacation
Candy Carousel
A holiday decorated house... what does that little sign in the yard say?Vote Obama! My goodness! I knew this one was my favorite! (The funny thing is that I live in the "Most Republican County" in the nation and this museum resides in that same county.)
A lighthouse
Cool little detail from the lighthouse- Santa's water sleigh!
A gingerbread stable
A gingerbread version of the game "Candyland"
A gingerbread Nativity
A church- I should have snapped the pic without the flash. The windows were actually lit from inside and glowed- it was really pretty.
2 story gingerbread house with a chewing gum roof
A first place winner- I like the tree in the front window.
I'm so not a Spongebob fan. But this was incredible!
And it even had a back! The details on this were really amazing.
Jeff and Teagan started a gingerbread house of their own but it isn't finished quite yet. They are currently building with graham crackers and cherry icing. Hopefully the full scale decorations will get done this week... and maybe Jeff will even share the pics over on his blog- Jeffardy! (Can you tell that I really want him to keep blogging?)

Awesome, awesome, awesome. It's a LOT of work cooking with kids. I'm telling you, I give you the Mom of the Year Award just for that - even though you deserve it for a gazillion better reasons.
Hope you enjoyed the adventure!
Love the gingerbread houses! We once brougth the makings for a gingerbread house to our family christmas party. the kids had a blast!
Hey, I tagged you on my blog... check out the I'm fabulous entry!
Aw, thanks, Alix. You are quickly becoming one of my favorite people just based on how much you boost my ego! :)
Joanie... I'm going to go take a peek at the tag right now!
And... don't you love the sugar crazed gleam on Teagan's face in that last picture?
Oh that last photo! *is ded of cute*
I'm hoping to do something a bit different with our gingerbread house this year but it will have to wait till next week when the kids are off school and I don't have to go in to work.
Loved looking at all the gingerbread houses. I imagined you trying to decide which ones to post, and giving up and just posting them all.
I love those houses! Maybe I can find a gingerbread RV?
Someone told me you can buy something to spray all over the gingerbread house to preserve it. Not sure but if it exists, might be something cute to keep?
