My Personal Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Fairy!

A friend at work made a special treat for me. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge. It is heavenly. The thing that makes it so amazing is that she uses my all time favorite peanut butter. Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter from Peanut Butter & Co. I discovered this stuff a while back at my local Super Target. They have since stopped carrying it so I've been in withdrawal for a couple of years now. My good friend who lives in NYC has been to their sandwich shop. Can you imagine a menu full of peanut butter goodness?? Anyway... this unreal fudge is sooo heavenly. I can't stop snacking on it. Sneaking a piece here and there. I even moved it to the other side of the room in a tin up on a high file cabinet. But I can't stop. And then she snuck in here and put MORE in my tin!!! Heaven... I'm in heaven... I have this huge weakness for fudge because it is the one food I absolutely canNOT make. I think everyone has at least one thing that should be super easy that just doesn't work. For years, my mom was vexed by Rice Krispie Treats. I was in college before I knew they were supposed to be square and not blobby. My conclusion is that I am lacking some sort of fudge requirement in my DNA. This lack of fudge-oton in my system means that I lack the ability to make fudge but that my body goes into overdrive to absorb any fudge that might be within a certain range (say... a few miles).

I'd LOVE a restaurant with all things peanut butter :)

I just discovered the goodness that is Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter. Believe it or not, I found it at Walmart. I'm going to make this recipe with it:

Yummmy! I LOVE peanut butter. Want to make foolproof fudge in a pinch? Melt 1 tub of ready made frosting with 1 bag of chips -- chocolate, butterscotch, PB, whatever you choose. Pour into a wax-paper lined pan and refrigerate until set. Probably not as good as what you're eating now, but not bad!

Peanut butter and fudge - 2 of the best ingredients on this planet. I made fudge one time - I had to throw the whole pot out because the fudge became one with the pot LOL

You have me literally drooling on my keyboard... chocolate and peanut butter... if I could live on only those two things, I'd be one ecstatic chick!
