Here's what I remember...
3 min warm up on any cardio equipment (I treadmilled)
30 sec right leg donkey kick from weight bench
30 sec left leg donkey kick from weight bench
30 sec squat hops
30 sec (1 lap) dumbell march
Do cycle 3x
30 sec lunges (right foot forward, step back. left foot forward, step back.)
30 sec push ups
30 sec dips
Do cycle 3x
3 mins on treadmill at 7% incline as fast as you can
