It is 6:41 a.m., Saturday.
I'm meeting a friend for breakfast at 9.
It's about a 10 minute or so drive.
Which means I should get my running clothes on and go for a run. I could get in a decent run.
But my brain is trying to talk me out of it.
I'm trying to dig deep and find my motivation but my brain and my body keep talking me out of it.
There's no good reason not to go. There's a long list of great reasons to just go do it.
Even my excuses to not go become great reasons to actually go.
